Delivery Information & Returns

We currently offer Royal Mail Delivery for all orders

For all orders we offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.40

Other delivery options maybe available at the checkout

We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery (signed for) for all of our UK deliveries.

 All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday not including bank holidays will be shipped same day.

Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the next working day, not including any bank holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays before 11am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am on Saturdays will be shipped on the next working day, not including any bank holidays.

We operate a returns policy in line with distance selling regulations. If you change your mind within 14 days please email us at support@vapebattery.co.uk and then return your order to our address listed below. 

Faulty products may also be retuned to our address. Please email us before hand
